Faith, History, and Devotion ​
Come and take a deep journey into the heart of the Catholic faith and Portuguese history, on a full-day tour to Fatima designed to touch the soul and reveal the exact places where the events that marked the twentieth century took place.
This itinerary was carefully planned to offer a complete experience, divided between the grandeur of the Sanctuary and the simplicity of the places of origin of the little shepherds. ​
We will start our journey in the morning with a guided tour of the Sanctuary of Fatima, one of the largest Marian pilgrimage centers in the world.
In this place of peace and prayer, you will have the opportunity to meet:
The Chapel of the Apparitions: The heart of the Sanctuary, where the Virgin Mary appeared to the three shepherd children.
The Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary: The burial place of Lucia, Francisco and Jacinta.
The Basilica of the Holy Trinity: An impressive modern building that welcomes thousands of pilgrims.
Free time will be provided for personal prayer, attendance at a Mass or to light a candle in the enclosure. ​ ​
After a break for lunch (not included in the price of the tour), the afternoon will be dedicated to following in the footsteps of the three sighted children, exploring the places that shaped their lives and their faith.
We will walk the quiet path that leads to Valinhos, the site of the fourth apparition of Our Lady in August 1917, and where the Via Crucis is located. Here, the rural and silent atmosphere allows for an intimate reflection on the events.
The final stage of our tour will be at the Parish Church of Fatima, the Mother Church.
In this historic place, you will be able to see the original baptismal font where Francisco, Jacinta Marto and Lucia, received the sacrament of Baptism.
It is a moment of connection with the humble origins of the history of Fatima. ​ ​
